Ballet4life will present a short entertaining demonstration of the key elements of a classical ballet barre followed by some free flowing ballet exercises. A wide range of clients will be dancing. This will be followed by a few solos from the teaching staff to showcase the diverse range of skill the teachers have and share with the clients.

Ballet4life- since 2004

Ballet4Life has been offering top quality affordable dance and dance fitness tuition to adults since 2004 in Chiswick. They have an extensive daytime dance programme at the large lovely dance studio at St. Peter’s Hall which comprises of Beginner and Improvers Ballet, Advanced Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary Dance, 50+ Ballet, 50+ Dance Fitness, Beginner Ballet Courses, and Beginner Ballet Barre. Dance and movement classes are also given under their leadership for the registered charity Move into Wellbeing®. These friendly and enjoyable classes are designed for people with Parkinson’s and other mobility restrictions.

Workshops and Masterclasses are also on offer throughout the year with leading instructors from the industry.

The Monday morning Beginner Barre and Dance Fitness class and the Wednesday morning Improvers Ballet is open to mothers and babies. Mums can dance with their babies safely in a sling or sleeping on the side.

They have an evening programme at Arts Ed which includes Contemporary Dance, Beginner Ballet Courses, Improvers Ballet, Intermediate Ballet, Pointe, and Pilates.

Additionally they offer a new unique class for children age 1 ½- 5 years old which is a Multi-Lingual Creative Dance Class.
