Booking for events in the 2023 Festival is now closed.
Payment Information:
1. Privacy Policy - we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
2. Delivery Policy – once payment has been made tickets are available for immediate download.
3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – Should change(s) to the event become necessary owing to unforeseen or unavoidable causes or in the very unlikely event that an event has to be cancelled or abandoned, we will make every endeavour to rearrange it and offer tickets for the alternative performance.
Ticket holders will be notified of any changes if practicably possible. Should re-arrangement not be possible we will fully refund the face value of the ticket. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
